Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at choppo.store. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Order processing
We usually close orders at 6:00PM(EST) every day from Monday to Friday, and will process the goods the following day.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we receive a large number of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email or phone.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.
Confirm shipment & track orders
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships containing your tracking number(s).
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is approximately 7-15 business days from the date the order is shipped.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
However, there will be circumstances we cannot foresee such as weather conditions or logistical difficulties that may result in minor delays. Please allow additional shipping days for delivery. If there is a delay in shipping, we will contact you via email. In these cases, we will contact you.
Shipping method
Our available shipping methods and carriers, depend on the location and size of the item(s) you purchased.
Lost order
In case your order is lost, please contact us for assistance or you should contact the carrier directly so they can contact the person delivering your order directly.
Change delivery address
You can modify your order’s shipping address before we process the order (package) by contacting us via email.
Address accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries.
Return the parcel to the sender
If the parcel is returned to the seller due to the buyer’s error, such as an invalid address or the buyer did not receive the parcel in time, the buyer will be responsible for paying additional costs for the returned parcel again.
