Return Policy If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the product.

Return Terms and Conditions

The product must be new and unused.

The product must have all labels intact, in the original packaging and with protective material.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product.

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact [email protected] immediately. We may request photographic evidence before accepting the return. In the event of a confirmed defect from the store, shipping costs will be covered by Choppo.store.

Return Instructions

Email your return request with your order number to [email protected].

Once your request is received, we will provide instructions for returning the product.

When the product is returned to our warehouse, processing time may be up to 7 business days. If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will return the product to you and reject the return.

Once the return is approved, you will be refunded to the original payment method, and you will receive a Refund Confirmation email.

Compensation

Once the return has arrived at our warehouse and been accepted, the refund will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Late Refunds

If you have received a Refund Confirmation email but have not received the money, please contact your bank. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service Department.
